Which site? Many sites hire their own or have a fridge facility, especially in the south where it's hot. Have you checked directly with the site?
I see that Camping Le Serignan Plage itself doesn't mention fridge hire on the website, but it might be worth an email to them to ask if they hire fridges, or if not if there is a local company which does. You can use Google translate if you want to write your email in French, otherwise most large sites are able to respond in English.
Most of the sites we have been on have leaflets in reception. We just rang and arranged one when we got there. If your french isn't good enough I am sure someone in reception will do it for you.
The site is Le Serignan Plage, I have emailed them and for such a large site,surprisingly, they do not hire fridges. I have surfed the web for local companies that may provide this service but as of yet, I have had no luck. We do not have the option of buying an electrical portable fridge as we are travelling by train & picking up a hire car on arrival, so on our return, we are unable to take it home with us.
Does anyone know if other sites nearby that do hire fridges, would possibly hire to other campsites.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Jools. Several possibilities in French yellow pages (pagesjaunes.fr) but I'd first get back to the campsite and say, "Shame you can't hire me a fridge, please tell me who can". You won't be the first to rent one.
We stay at Les Sablons, Portiragnes, just along from Serignan. Last year we were given this email address by the site: locfroid34 at neuf.fr. We booked a fridge & had no problems. It is connected to the Hyper U supermarket at Serignan,

Just remember that they will need a deposit as well. Usualy 100 euros.Most bigger campsites have people near them that hire fridges. We have been hiring fridges for the last 11 years and just asked at reception and they give you a phone number or some will even phone them for you.
