Has anyone been to this site yet this year? I noticed from review on here that was getting a bit tired around the edges but also noticed that it has now gone under the Yelloh wing for 2012 so wondered what if any changes this might bring?
Went to La Guyonniere last year and whilst we had a fab time, I thought the children's play area was a bit lacking and for that difficult 5-9 age range where they want freedom but need to be within ear shot really, there wasn't much
.......or should we risk the longer journey south for more sunshine!!??

P.s we are not 1sttimefamilycampers anymore! 3yrs in and loving it!!
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
We cycled through it when at la garangeoire last week.
I thought that the pitches were too dark and shady (what with being in the forest) and the covered pool looked pretty ropey to be honest. There cafe / takeaway gets full of outside business from people walking for lunch from the near by ropes course.
