Im planning to visit Paris next week en route to lake Annecy, with my 3 girls and wondered if you helpful campers out there could recommend a site for a night or 2.Not too bothered about facilities but easy access to Paris would be great .

Maisons-Lafitte and Bois de Boulogne are perhaps the closest to the centre, but we used Le Beau Village at Villers sur Orge (although listed on campsite search here as being at Essonne) . It's in a secure district, the RER trains are within walkable distance, and it's on the south side of Paris for your getaway to Annecy.

We are staying next week at Les 4 Vents, its close to Train station into paris, Disney.
I agree, the train station Tourans is approx 15mins away, there is a free car park and it's approx 30mins train ride into Paris. The campsite will give you the gps for the train station - very helpful.
