Just had our last day and it hit 40 degrees today, anyone travelling over this weekend is in for a great week.

Pack plenty of SPF.

We stayed in a Gite, can't convince Mrs Milk to do the 2 weeks in the tent (yet), but found some lovely little sites on our travels.

Very jealous if your on your way out, 358 sleeps till we are back

got another 5 days before we go and I can't wait, I'm soooo ready for it.  Good to know that the sun is shining, it's gotta be an improvement on our trip in June when we drove from Orleans to Pals (500ish miles) in non-stop rain.

Unfortunately for us we are heading home on Monday, but have had a brilliant time. We cannot believe the great weather we have had.
Just have to try to convince my family, that they want to go somewhere different next year. Don't think I will have any chance of that happening.
If I could move the beaches and the surfing inland, that would help.

Yipee!! off on the 8am plymouth -roscoff tomorrow. Today is Load The Trailer day- love this bit. Good to know we will be setting up in the dry at least!!

Gutted too as OH persuaded me to do Cornwall this year, rather than the long drive to Vendee......missed out in the sunshine in France and Cornwall not looking so great......set off on Monday.....fingers crossed for change in forecast!
