Nice site but you are a bit early for the walnuts! We were there at the end of September a couple of years ago and it was still hot during the day but not quite the temps you are experiencing.

Le Paradis posted on Facebook today, 41.5C on 18/8 (last Saturday), hottest day of the year so far). Much too hot for me. Love Le Paradis but would not want to be there in these temperatures.
