yeah, can't see many people wanting to add 75e to their booking for no good reason, especially when it's 15e in germany for the same deal! I've ended up making other arrangements but I wonder if anyone has had success booking via one of the other european sites?

Thats strange because I have booked with the ireland office twice and never been charged a reservation fee. I always e-mail them directly though so that might be the way to go philip at frenchholidaycentre.ie is the e-mail address I use.

Did you compare prices on the website first? Just wondering if they added the fee to the cost of the holiday without telling you?
