The only thing I can assume is if your C/card has expired you may have to pay a late payment charge of 12 euros ?

I was charged this last year as my C/card had expired.my fault,so informed them of my new card details and all is well now.

Have you paid for your return journey toll fees yet ? (normally comes out of your C/card on the 20th of the following the month).

No, no ongoing payments.

You only pay for the month you travel in.( if you use toll roads in August travelling to your destination & return, then you pay 2 euros + toll charges, if you return,say September you pay another 2 euros + toll charges,)

If your not sure of the 12 euros you have been charged, then email them, ask for the answer in ENGLISH or as Oliver  Day has suggested translate in google.

Also if you sign-in on your Aprr account, it should say something on there.
