We are looking to go to either the languedoc or Côte d'Azur in June, and would be most grateful for some sites that might be suitable?

We are travelling with children aged 2 and 4, so would welcome a water park on site, as the 2year old is scared of deep water. Also, want to be near a beach, and ideally with kids disco etc.

Last year we stayed at la baume, frejus, (which would be ideal if it weren't for the loud road noise) and also at domaine de la yole, valras plage, which was fine but we like to go to different places.

I have trawled through the reviews on here, and many on trip advisor, and am left confused! I'd be very grateful for any recommendations members may have, thanks so much

Have you had a look at the ACSI card website (www.campingcard.co.uk).  ACSI Card sites are between 10 and 16 euros per night, for pitch, two adults, car and caravan, (or tent or motorhome) including awning and electricity - and some ACSI Card sites include three children under 6 in that price.

Aloha Plage, at Serignan, Le Dauphin at Argeles sur Mer, or Mar Estang at Canet Plage would appear to fit your bill with most things you're looking for, in the Languedoc region, and are all ACSI Card sites which include three children.

La Baume/La Palmeraie e is also an ACSI Card 3 children free, site, but there don't appear to be any others near the cost on the Cote d'Azur.

I like Les Dunes at Torreilles Plage.
Next to beach, pool on site, bar/ restaurant and take away, bakers and fruit stall.
Good size pitches and own shower/ toilet and basin on pitch - great with young children!

Aloha at Serignan Plage is ideal for you. The pool complex is excellent with a lovely shallow pool with little slides for kids. The beach there is sandy and safe for little ones. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk from any pitch. We are going back this August for the second time it was that good. The onsite shop, bakers and butchers are excellent and very reasonably priced.

They respond to questions very quickly and are very helpful too. I cannot say enough good things about it, We love it.

I didnt know Aloha took the acsi card Val, wish we could go then.

Yes, Aloha takes the ACSI Card between the following dates: 20/04 - 18/05 and 01/06 - 30/06 then again from 02/09 - 16/09.

It's a really good deal as in June you would pay 28 euros to 35 euros at the site's standard rate!  A saving of  between 12 and 19 euros per night!!!

Mrs HappyCamper - you can order the ACSI Card and Guide from the website given above.  Click the 'Subscription' button on the left, and the card will cost just 10.95 euros plus postage.  You'll save that on one night!
