Hi - we're campers, not caravaners, but travel in a loaded 1.6 Zafira with roof box. (4 adults) We went to Le Bourg-d'Oisans two years ago and are heading to Ferme Noemie in July! As far as we can remember from Grenoble - Bourg wasn't a major problem with inclines, but we do remember a long drag up between Lyon and Grenoble....sorry no idea on gradient......as it was a long drop down into Grenoble. The road from Grenoble - Briançon is a major road kept open year round. Hopefully, a caravaner who knows the route can be of more help.
