Last year I got a sim card for internet to use in an Ipad from Orange. All in all it was a cheap deal for the holiday. This year I will be taking an IPAD mini and does anyone know, or have used, any good deals for short term internet access whilst on holiday in France, many thanks Kevin
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
The cost of using mobile data in Europe was reduced from the 1st July this year. Best to check what offers your Network has. Alternatively you could always use WiFi?
I work a few hours a week whilst we're away on holiday, and all my work can be done on the internest, but we just use site WiFi these days, and have found no problem with free to access WiFi on most of the sites we've stayed on. On the odd occasion where the site has charged for WiFi we've found alternatives in cafes, restaurants, supermarket malls, and tourist information offices and even on the odd roadside bench in out of the way villages where the Marie have provided internet access to the villages where it suits them! They are usually well signposted with a prominent WiFi sign!
