We are off to Camping Les Portes de l'Anjou in Durtal for a week using camping cheques. We are getting the overnight ferry from Portsmouth to Le Havre. The past two years we have used the tunnel but our 3 boys have never been on a ferry so we thought we'd give it a go! Fingers crossed none of them are sea sick!!

We originally planned a two week stay and a trip further into France but my hubby injured his knee badly playing football which resulted in an operation and 4 months off of work (with only SSP). Instead of cancelling we decided to amend our ferry booking and go for a week as we've been looking forward to our third trip to France for ages.

Can't wait til Wednesday now and our boys are so excited about going on the boat.

Anyone been to the campsite or area? I think it's a new camping cheques site and only one review on here.

Hoping also that we get some nice weather!
