We are off to France a week tomorrow taking the overnight ferry to Santander and then heading over to Bidart to lounge on the beach for a day or two before heading into the Pyrenees. We've stayed around the Bidart area before but never approached it from the Spanish side. The routeplanner says it is around 3 hours from Santander to Bidart with the caravan and since we will probably not be on the road until 6pm after docking we are wondering if there is an aire or such like we can stay near Bdiart if we are running late and can't get to the campsite in time?
