You could use the website Le Bon Coin (which is a 'Free Ads' website a bit like Gumtree) and search for 'Hivernage' - or 'Gardiennage' - in the Nord, or Pas de Calais areas, and see what comes up. There are quite a few. I doubt,, though, that you will find websites - most storage facilities we've found are just barns or warehouses which aren't otherwise in use, and a farmer making a bit on the side by renting out an old building.
