Hi there,
Thinking of going to a campsite at Amelie les Bains in the Pyrenees Orientales and was wondering if anyone knows what access would be like. Towing a Bailey pegasus (7.1m) with a Landrover Freelander. Will be travelling via Narbonne then A9 to border area then D115 to Amelie.
Thank you

The D115 up to Amelie les Bains is no real problem for caravans - a long winding 'uphill', but shouldn't be a problem for you with a decent size towcar.
Yes, as Val says the route up from Le Boulou is fine. We've also gone across country to Ceret from the route from Quillan , it was OK but it would have been easier going via the A9.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
