Hi All,

 

We are going to France next year and are looking for a good hotel or B&B in Folkestone, we will have a 5/6 hour journey from the North so want something comfy, quiet and safe for the car as it will be full of the tent and have bikes etc. on it.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

We used to stay at Ashford Eureka Park Travelodge or premier inn...its then about 20 - 25 minutes to Folkestone.

we've used the Holiday Inn Express which on the terminal. good rooms for the money and no car trouble, left bikes on roof numerous times ( locked to the roof bars ). It's next door to an army barracks so the thieving types tend to go elsewhere.....
