We used to stay at Le Versoyen in Bourg St Maurice so we could ski at Les Arcs. We used to hire a mobile home, but there were plenty of tourers there too. Couldn't be better for access to the funicular to the slopes, the town or the supermarkets, although the site is opposite the industrial estate.
The owners & staff were very friendly, the site was also next to the river & pretty walks.
Would love to go there again in winter, but alas I'm unable to ski now.
