Hi,

We are travelling from Calais to Lemans in August and we would appreciate a recommendation for a caravan site to stop over for one night, please. We need to stay near or just south of Rouen. The site needs to be good enough for a stopover but not luxurious and be suitable for a family with young children.

We also need a stopover place on the return journey that is about an hour's drive of Calais.

I'd appreciate recommendations, please. Many thanks.

Camping Eure et Seine, at Pont de l'Arche which is just south east of Rouen, but on a useful route to avoid the toll deviation because of the closure of the Pont Mathilde bridge. An bit more than an hour or so from Calais, is Camping Ste Claire at Neufchatel or nearer Calais lots of people now seem to be using Les Epinettes which is about half an hour away.
