We are for the first time camping abroad this year and I know we will want to stretch our legs on en route!

Can anyone recommend any nice places to stop?

Also, any must do's in Black Forest or en route would be great. Travelling with wife and kids (14,10,10) and we have seen the Schwarzwald card, but any tips from anyone would be great especially on the card :-)

Oh they sound great! We are going to Europa, using the Schwarzwald card it costs just €217 for all 5 of us!

We are staying just outside Freiburg so liking forward to that but loving the tobogganing! Will be going on that :-)

Have a great time

Looked at the Schwarzwald card but could only do one day at the Europa Park and we wanted to do 2 knowing people who have been there before!


We will probably hop on the free train and do Basel one day as well as we are down southern end
