Hi all
looking to book our 2015 France holiday but really struggling on deciding on a campsite! Last year we went to Du Letty which we thoroughly enjoyed but this year fancied trying the Vendee (st jeans de monts area). Many of the campsites seem to have a lot of static pitches - which are putting me off slightly. Looking for a site with a good pool area (slides) bar/shop on site a short stroll to a village/town and a bonus would be near a nice beach. So something similar to du letty! On the short list is les genets, (too many statics?) camping ocean d'or, les ecureuils and camping de l'ocean. Any feedback or recommendations would be gratefully received - Many thanks in advance.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
HI, we have stayed at camping Acapulco next door to Les Genets and Ocean Dor, i dont remember there being many pitches at Acapulco but there certainly were at Ocean Dor which in my opinion is much nicer. Its a lovely clean site, with a good mix of nationalities and a good mix of statics and tents and ready tents.
