We are looking at holidaying in our VW Transporter Kombi, with a tent
awning. We are a family of 5 dogs, who have 2 adults. All of us dogs have been
fully vaccinated and have PET passports, and are all trained up to UK Kennel
Club 'Good Citizen Award' Bronze level, with two achieving Silver. We would
like to stay for two nights in or near Antwerp, then Dusseldorf, Frankfurt,
Nuremberg, Prague and Poznan (Poland). Is this something that you could
help with?

I would say the same as Daves1. Most campsites in Europe have no problems with a dog, or two dogs, but many draw the line at so many.
I would pick out some sites you like the look of and then email them to ask what the policy is. It may differ in low to high season, too, as there are some sites which say two dogs in low season, but no dogs in high season.
You best bet might be to search out more basic campsites, ie without pools/bars etc & bluff your way in using language barrier to your advantage. Leave dogs & one of you in van & the other book into reception then get a pitch as far out of the way as possible.
Agree with above.
Can't say much about Holland or Germany but we certainly found that in France, Spain and Portugal most sites accepted one dog, some accepted 2.
Some in France even said only one dog providing under 10kg in weight! (However they accepted our 16kg Spaniel without checking on scales!)
As advised by dave best to ring or Email ahead first.
Don't think evidence of training for good behaviour ( KK Gold awards etc) will make any difference but we did find that if Cassie was wearing her Pets As Therapy jacket it did get us into restaurants that didn't normally allow dogs!
------------- The older I get the better I used to be.
Having lived in the Czech Republic I can tell you they are massive dog lovers. I wouldn't think you would have a problem there. We have the same problem as we are planning a tour this summer and have 3 dogs. Although one is so little she should hardly count!
I must admit that if a family turned up at a site we were on with five dogs, our hearts would sink. Like most people, we've experienced inconsiderate dog owners who have left their one or two dogs yipping in the van all day, or left their mess everywhere. I know there are many many great dog owners, who wouldn't dream of doing that, but it's the bad ones that ruin it for everyone else.
I suppose its the same reason lots of people look for sites without kids -one holiday with a rabble of uncontrollable brats running wild and you soon try and avoid them. And as responsible child-owners, we feel offended when people lump our well mannered and polite children in with the brattish behaviour of the few.
We once stopped at Tulln Camping outside Vienna and there was a van there with 4 or 5 large dogs. They were taking part at a local Dog Show. They were very well controlled and never heard a peep from them.
So glad Essexmum said it first, but i was thinking along the same lines!!!! I am sure there are lots of well behaved dog owners out there, but 5 dogs???? Not sure i would feel that comfortable staying next door to that many dogs.
I do however hope you find somewhere as everyone should be allowed to holiday as they chose.

Walking them is not a problem - they usually join us on our daily walks with up to 5 other dogs, from little working Cockers, Labradors, English Bull Terriers to Weimaraners, Jack Russels and working German Pointers. They are all obedient on lead, and even off lead. They do not bark - its a breed thing, and we spend our lives picking up dog poo, so we are used to it, and would not dream of leaving any.
Billy X - yes quite agree.
IggyCamper - they weigh about 20kg-25kg each - aged from 5 months to 3 years, Siberian Huskies.
Warbis66 - with ease, its our job, and they spend at least seven hours a day walking.
exessexmum - this is the problem we receive every day, that is why they think that most people are racist!
