As above really - kids are older and we reckon we can do South of France rather than Vendee this year.
Looking for a site with good tent pitches, and an excellent water park, and within about 20 mins of Coast. Preferably St Tropez/Cote D'Azur for first half of August (yeah, I know we left it a bit late ;-) we were doing Norfolk, then Vendee again and now we have decided to run for the sun!!)
Anyone got some top sites they could suggest?

You could try Camping La Baume/La Palmeraie which is a large site, in the Frejus area - that one has a water park. L'Etoile d'Argens has lots of pools, but no real slides but might do.
You could also try Holiday Green at Port Grimaud, Domaine des Naiades in a similar area, Domaine du Colombier, Domaine de la Bergerie, Les Tournels, or a possibly cheaper option outside your preferred area, Le Domaine de crin Blanc, in the Bouches de Rhones area.
Because space is at a premium in that area, you'll find less sites with water parks than in many areas. However, you're also going in real peak season so if you're not able to book something larger, with a real 'water park' you could stay at one of the cheaper sites near Frejus and travel down to the Aqualand which is great fun.
Looks like a good campsite, although was surprised the Electric is only 6amp, not that it matters with a Tent, good that you are all booked, your sure sure to have a good time, a great base for day trips out to the region.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
