Can anybody recommend campsites in Belgium. Hoping to be quite central so we can do day trips to Brugges and Brussels. Also is the acsi card worth it as we are camping from 4th July onwards.

Any help and advice very much appreciated

Don't think many sites would be offering an ACSI discount at that time of year, but if you're interested in a particular site or sites it might be worth checking the acceptance dates online before buying the books and card.

You could easily do day trips to both Bruges and Brussels from most coastal sites, via the coastal tramway then train from Ostend (or Blankenberg), see map, or by road if you prefer.

Don't know if you've already looked at the Camp Site Search for Belgian sites?

Camping Groenpark at Zele is centrally placed if you want to radiate out from there to each of the main cities.

I haven't been there as we have chosen to stay at each city separately in turn, but Groenpark gets good reviews on line if you do a search for them.

Is that any help?

Going to Blaarmeersen just outside of Ghent on June 16th for a week. Chose it as I'm driving and it seemed relatively close to Bruges and Antwerp. Also it has electric hook-up. Have you decided yet?
