We're off to Brittany for our two week holiday in July and we'll be taking our dog.
Can anybody recommend a Vets please to do the Pet Passport stuff, preferably English speaking? We're staying in Locmariaquer, Morbihan (Sth Brittany). So anywhere in and around Carnac or Auray areas would be good.

Wherever we've been in France we usually just have a walk round the local town and look for a vets.
Its always been fine, they speak English and have only ever had one problem which was when a vet wrote the wrong time for the appointment in the Pet Passport which resulted is us having to wait two hours at Calais before we were allowed to board the ferry

Let me know how you get on please..............we're off to Erdeven (10miles from Locmariaquer) in September (first time abroad with the dog).

Just ask at the local tourist office. They will find a suitable vet for you and even book you an appointment. We have found the tourist offices very friendly and only too pleased to help.
You could also try asking the campsite staff.
I doubt if you will have any problem.

Thanks folks. I'm confident in being able to find a vet to carry out the pet passport stuff, I was more looking for recommendations from people who may have used a vet in that area of Brittany.
I think the link that "Big Roy" posted above shows the vets that have been used and recommended by members of this site. Just click on the blue markers in the area you want.
We have a local vet in Malestroit if you are coming back that way. You could email me with a date you need an appointment and I can make a rendez vous for you. The vets there speak English.
