Does anyone know roughly what to expect to pay for canoeing in the Dordogne? Be myself and my 3 daughters, quite like the Castelnaud idea, especially as we wouldn't be under to much of a rush to get back to the car. Which believe me I can picture the various "discussions" about paddling wrong etc we'd need plenty of time to get back!

VITRAC to Beynac is around 15 euros a person in a canoe, 18 in a single person kayak. Shorter tripes are obviously cheaper. Price includes life jackets and a 'bidon' (plastic waterproof barrel) is 2euros if I remember rightly form 2015.
