I used Filmon TV in France and Spain using my ipad with extension to large TV. As mentioned above, you need good wi-fi.
I got good wi-fi at http://www.val-fleuri.fr/ Camping halfway between Rouen and Tours on the N10. Other sites I used got average to poor wi-fi.
My caravan aerial picked up some English speaking programs films etc. at most sites but not BBC/ITV etc.

If you are accessing Now TV on tablet/PC or phone then an app called Hola does work. I have used it in France/Spain and even Toronto to stream UK TV. Having said this most TV streaming services are now finding ways to prevent this.

Thanks, we have an 85 cm dish, which has worked as far south as Vienne.Managed v patchy reception at Frontignan.
We always choose a site with good wifi, and are happy to pay for it.
We watch TV on IPads via wifi, I would like to watch my football team while we are away in March/ April so think I will have to go with something like lamnia. Don't have SkySports at home.

You can always change your DNS, there are free services and paid services available. I would google it and find one. Netflix no longer works using DNS spoofing.
