Not sure about iPad apps, but I have Weather Crave & Weather France apps on my android, but my favourite is AccuWeather which I also use in the UK.

Not sure about an app, but bookmark This and wherever you are just enter the town at the search box at the top and Bob's your uncle.

I also use the Meteo France app - got it on my phone and my tablet.

I also use Accuweather and find it does what it says in the name i.e. it's pretty accurate.

I paid the extra small charge for the advanced version which gives even more detail and find it very useful.
