afternoon all
just wondering if anybody has any thoughts/reviews of a small quiet campsite in Brittany. for myself and my wife.would require electric hook up and a shower/toilet and that pretty much it.
any recommendations greatly appreciated

Camping Du Tromeur
in the Pays des Abers is really nice. The showers/loos are basic but have always been impeccably clean when we've been there with plenty of hot water.
We have just left Camping du Motten at Ste Anne d'Auray, about ten miles from the sea at Locmariaquer. About ten people there and ninety empty pitches - wide open spaces of parkland with scattered trees. All spotless . Give our regards to Soizic in the office.

Same as first reply camping le pointe at chateaulan.
Run by lovely English couple but camp has French feel about it.
Our hook up didn't fit but they lent us one for free.
Clean and relaxed campsite.
We have stayed on several occasions at Camping du Pont Augan near Baud. This fits your requirements exactly. it is alongside the river in a very small village.
The fees are very reasonable, so what's not to like !!

Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
