Dawdling at La Palmyre - sapphire blue sky, no wind, temp a perfect 27c - Camping La Palombiere has 2 outfits here under the pine trees and 200 pitches empty. Local car parks full of motorhomes side by side on tarmac . Elegant lunch every day at 16 euros at Le Golfy restaurant by the port. What's not to like?

Val, it is a glorious day here again today, not enough to top up my tan but no jacket required, so that's a bonus.

Our heating cam on for the first time in months this morning, so there is definitely a 'nip' in the air here.

Just wondering when I need to start wrapping my patio plants in fleece to protect them. My Cordylines don't like the cold apparently. The lavendar is long gone but crazy I have gladioli, a hebe and the passion flower and clematis flowering which is wonderful.

Well we are in Kiama on theSouth Coast of NSW and its a balmy 33 today been for a swim in the Ocean and might just go down after lunch. Beautiful.

We were in Bordeaux over the weekend, Saturday was a stunning day with unbroken sunshine and 16/17c, Sunday lovely but colder.

Now in Roscoff, cold and grey. Back home to Devon tomorrow where it will be around 22c and sunny.....As always! 😎👍
