In other words: Once you have used your tag three times in any one month, if you use it again, the monthly tag fee will be waived ... that means, pretty well, a fee free tag ... wow!

That does seem to refer to usage on the ATMB Autoroute network.
Now, my first thought was the 1st April start date, but even for the French, it's not funny enough to pull that one off!! LOL!
It'd be interesting to know how long you (Kelper) have been using them.
I've had mine just 2 years, and haven't had an email. Yours does mention "loyalty", and there doesn't appear to be any mention of such an offer on their website.
When I re-read it, I wondered whether it purely applied to their ATMB autoroute(s) ... local to Mont Blanc ...
Researching further ... I think this applies to the A40/E25 ... Geneva/Mont Blanc Tunnel to Italy ... only. I think this was the original ATMB start-up route, they then extended to cover all french motorways. The offer I mentioned, though, seems to be only for the A40/E25 ... still may be useful to anyone spending some time in the Chamonix/Annecy areas, who might use that motorway 3 times or more in a month.
I've also received the same email today, I've also had my tag since 2015 don't know if this makes any difference. I read it to mean that after 3 use in one month no fee to pay, here's the email -

ON OUR NETWORK ... I'm pretty sure that means the Mont Blanc network ... not the entire french motorway network. And DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY ... i.e. MB territory, not the country ...

Regardless of the finer points, I doubt it will prove an advantage for us.
On the point of the impending price increase, As I'm still young and fit enough to be in full time employment, I can easily afford the €0.30 extra for the single month I use mine for. (To be fair, I could easily afford it if we used it in three months, but I hate to rub it in!) But in all seriousness, I do have concerns for the likes of SGT, and the other breadliners.
