Try Domaine de Lauribert, just south of Valreas off the D976.
They do good whites, mainly Grenache. Beware if Grandma and the young twin girls come and chat, you end up buying far too much. They are very sneaky salespeople!
Of course in Nyons you have Vignolis theCooperative where youcan buy "en vrac"

ValA recommended a book by Anne Gregg - Tarragon and Truffles, a guide to the best French markets. I purchased a copy and now we navigate by markets. Not just because I love markets for the shopping, but because market day gives a buzz to a town and makes it more interesting.
So if anyone is planning some visits, Val or I, or indeed others, may be able to look up market day for you.
