Will I be able to use my travel kettle in the cabin on a BF crossing. The kettle was brought in France so uses a french plug.

I take an adaptor and a large bottle of water with the kettle, cups and milk, teabags and a spoon. (Water expensive to buy)

I just take a good flask onto the ferry. We normally have a few drinks in one of the bars. Before settling down for the night in our cabin, I go back to the bar with the flask and for the price of a cup of tea, they give me a teabag and fill the flask with boiling water. It's still scorching hot in the morning, so we have a nice cup of tea before going for breakfast. We both drink tea without milk which helps.

We are now waiting to board ferry got my bag all ready with kettle and food etc. Once you have been a coeliac you learn to always be prepared.

Probably not but we do have a dog with us so that makes a difference plus we took a last minute bums on seats crossing.
