ACSI membership renewed and purchased app but have lost favourites from last year very annoying as we are looking to revisit some sites this year. Can anyone advise how to get favourites back?

Try asking ACSI but I think you will have lost them.
I saved a few favourites on my iPhone App and sadly they don’t appear on the iPad. I asked ACSI and they confirmed they don’t transfer across.
It’s like a new App every year so I am guessing they are gone. UKCS favourites last forever 👍

I find that very odd as every year my favorites have still been there on the app from one year to the next, I never delete the app at year end but just update the country packages which works for me.
In December I finally relented and moved to an iPhone, I had always just had the app on an iPad till then, when I downloaded the app onto the iPhone and logged into it with my account details all the content including my favorites were there.

I always ditch the App after use as it uses 1gb+ of memory and that’s just France!
