Anyone help with this. Driving back from Frejus to Calais and my toll tag has stopped working. It worked fine all the past two weeks without a single hitch. Its a new one so shouldn't be an issue with the battery. Its now not working at all. ATMB customer number is only contactable Mon- Fri.
Any advice???

1) Log into your account
2) Click on "modifier"
3) click on tab " Vos abonnements"
4) scroll down to "Remplacez un badge defecteux"
5) click on "valider"

Well, there you go and some folk commented why do I carry two Tags, Bip&Go (Sanef) and APRR.
Back in the days when I only carried the one Tag, Bip&Go (Sanef) it failed at the first peage as we headed South, luckily and this may be of use to the OP, we had a overnight stop planned at Chalon Sur Saone, on the autoroute exit there was a APRR Office, and that’s how I ended up with the APRR Tag, as they set me up there and then, and no charge either, they just required my CC detail and for me to sign a couple of forms.
Good luck getting sorted Rich73, it really is a first world problem but annoying none the less.
We now use the APRR Tag for the journey South and the Bip&Go (Sanef) Tag for the journey North to back home.
JKCI, would anyone not check that the linked CC is up to date before they set off on holiday, could be a real disaster if the said CC is also to be used during the holiday for other purchases.

I don`t think that would stop it working. I used mine late June/early July and it was only when they tried to bill me in late July that my expired credit card showed up. It had expired prior to the trip. I sent them an e-mail, and updated my details online and they actually phoned me to sort it out.

My bank sent me a new card which I had been using for a while but what I had not done is update the c/c details on my ATMB account.
If all else fails, take tag off and drive to a manned booth(if possible) and hand tag over, they can then scan the barcode on tag and away you go.
