Can Anyone point me in the direction of a website/magazine etc where I could find campsites that hire tipi/ bell tents for overnight stops in France? Thanks

Not specifically 'bell tents or tipis' but a whole variety of different tent options, depending on the site - so start here and 'whittle them down' to the ones which offer the sort of tents you want:

Campsites in France offering 'tents' as accommodation

BUT (and it's a big BUT) lots of sites won't hire such accommodation for single night stops.

You'll need to find the campsite's own website to check what sort of tents they offer.
