For information of the money conscious members, the alternative number (01303282061) is no longer operational. Nor are any of the other alternative Terrestrial numbers published On Say No to 0870.
Th 0844 numbers still work but that costs up to 7p per minute plus connection charge. I hung on for a few minutes but gave up and have contacted by email instead. May take 7 days to reply though.
I got a voucher number verbally from agent working from home back in April, but Id like the security of an email confirmation!
Sad to discover that our little secret number no longer works, so all of us Tesco Voucher users will need to find out the least busy time to phone to avoid a big phone bill when booking.
Post here if you discover what time is quietest.

That's bad news, used that number for years. That 0844 number is a real rip-off, now you're being charged that access charge as well as the cost per minute.
Got Tesco vouchers mounting up, as we didn't book anything for this year, so will have to bite the bullet at some point later this year (hopefully!) and ring to book. Wil keep an eye on this thread.
Edited: just had a look at Eurotunnel website, and the number given for bookings is 0344 3353535, rather than an 0844 number. I know the Tesco voucher usually tells you to ring an 0844 number, but I always used the alternative landline number, so would the 0344 number work? We get inclusive calls for all 01, 02 and 03 numbers. Maybe worth a try?
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
