Not sure if anyone can help me but we are going by ferry tomorrow morning to spain and I am having real trouble filling out the Spanish health form.
I have filled in the on line form and their system tells me an email is on the way but I don’t receive it.
Not in inbox or spam, tried several times but still the same.
Any suggestions please?

Found the problem.
For some reason the QR code sent to me would not go to my Sky mailbox, not even in the spam folder, could not find it anywhere.
I used my Gmail account and it all went OK, wish I had tried it first and saved me several hours of frustration!
