From today France has moved us to their green list which means the sworn statement is not needed anymore, I've checked the Eurotunnel website and the requirement has been removed, happy days

You beat me to it, Big Roy - I've just checked the entry requirements on the Gov.uk and the Eurotunnel websites, and no mention of it on either.
The form was no big hassle to do, but one less bit of admin can only be positive. So the only thing you need now is proof of 2 doses and a booster of Covid vaccine and a facemask - happy days indeed

Got to admit I'm slightly disappointed, I bought a printer earlier this year especially for things like this, looks like it's redundant now
We completed and printed off the sworn statement for a trip to Nice last week and were never once asked to see it. What a waste of paper that was !!
We were required to show covid vaccination status at the airport check-in but not at immigration when we landed.

Just checked on Eurotunnel App for travel to UK and back to France in a couple of weeks and it still is asking for Pre-Travel health declarations and still says "Both the UK and French governments... blah blah blah" so not sure what to do at the mo
