According to an automated email I received in response to an enquiry to this site, it appears that Riva Bella is no longer part of the Seasonova Group, but now belongs to the Vacanceselect Group, under the brand name Tohapi.
The site is now opening for this season on 29th April (rather than the 1st April as stated in the ACSI book) - whether they are still part of the ACSI card scheme and allow late/early ferry arrivals/departures should hopefully be confirmed in a response to my enquiry.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

Me neither!
Adrian's suggestion is for the old seasonova company not the new one however it lists emplacements BUT also says it's in the process of being sold. (étant en cours de Cession).

Maybe try here has been popular on here in the past.

All the customers who’ve booked through a touroperator such as, vacanselect, tui, Canvas holidays etc will be staying in 2 or 3 bedroom mobile homes «Cosy » from TOHAPI.
Who is TOHAPI ?
TOHAPI is a touroperator that rent 20 pitches from us to place their own mobilehomes and their own reception.
Ah! I took the address from the 2022 ACSI directory, thinking it would be current, apparently not so! "Capucines" in Ranville used to accept late arrivals (pre-booked) early departures were facilitated by key-pad barrier.
We have used Riva Bella many many times on the way to and from France and it would be a shame if they stopped taking tourers. It will be interesting to see what happens to the site.

OK, so where can we stay on arrival in Ouistreham at 21:45, Riva Bella and Capucines are no longer an option. Suggestions please!
I am not sure why you say those two sites are not an option. Have you contacted them and had a refusal? But if they and other sites also refuse you you might decide to change your ferry booking.and arrive at a different time.
Yes, Riva Bella doesn't open until Friday, I'll try then, Capucines said the ETA was too late. I was canvassing opinions as to any alternatives. I'll keep you posted!
I have used Capucines off the afternoon ferry. They were waiting for us to check in when we got there. We had booked in advance though.
Oh I see you have been in contact, they must have changed their procedure since we last used them off the afternoon ferry.

I had a further email from Tohapi saying I could not book a pitch at the moment as they have just bought the site and are in the process of checking through the existing bookings. They suggested I phone them to be added to their mailing list or try to book through the Tohapi website at a later date. At the moment there is no availability showing for pitches.
