Fuel prices on the continent seem to be as volatile, if not more so, than UK, the link above gives you some idea of the cheaper fuel stations, the price you pay once you roll onto the forecourt is what it is I'm afraid.

Seem to recall some continental fuel stations vary their price throughout the day, raising them at peak demand times, you'll struggle to find accurate price in advance if that's the case! https://www.petrolprices.com/news/fuel-to-cost-more-at-peak-times/

Cheers Val and Monty, yes im afraid its the same here. I budgeted for 1.70 euro give or take a couple cents. Was planning on driving to Nazare to check out the Surf/Waves from FRA but i think that might Change. But will check out the Link. Hope all is well Val and we might just get to Meet this time.

Think I would be budgeting at €2.00 per litre.
Prices are very volatile but paying anything less will be a bonus!
