I had not seen or heard anything about these stickers until yesterday, apparently it became law January 2021. My understanding of everything I am reading is that if your vehicle is over 3.5T (Motorhomes) and not your combined outfit that is over 3.5T (car & caravan) that you will need these stickers . Am I reading this correctly?

My understanding is that if your combined weight is capable of being more than 3.5t you need them. So a 3t motorhome towing a car would need them.

This video explains it all

This is the link to the website, the fine for not having them is €135 on the spot.

Saw one on the back of a motorhome today and wondered what on earth it was - thought it was a bad spelling of Aigues Mortes!

Have seen them on the side doors and back of large motor homes and lorries, trucks etc since our trip last year. They basically warn that there are blind spots where you can’t be seen.
