i hope they are building a high fence and a secure entry.
i stayed at rive bella last august and it had deteriorated since my previous visits. so much so that this year we are getting the 11pm ferry and sleeping on the ferry.
last year we had a huge touring pitch rather than the ferry pitches.
there were all kinds of scruffy looking characters walking around the site and at one point one walked through my pitch within inches of my caravan window.
we wanted to take a walk by the river but the riverside seems to be occupied by a migrants camp and the access gate is now locked and overgrown.
i did enjoy the food from the takaway though.
there was also some kind of 'Travellers' gathering on the park opposite the site. it took us an hour to get into Rive bella from the dual carriagemway less than one mile away.
its such a shame this campsite has suffered from these problems.
