Hello,
I've had an ATMB tag since about 2014. It worked last year and I intend to use the autoroutes again this year. I'm a bit concerned that the battery may soon go flat and wonder how to go about exchanging it.
I would prefer to email ATMB but there does not seem to be an email address on the website. I know that I can cancel my present tag and then order a new one but I'm a bit concerned that this might cancel my account.
Just wondering if anyone else has changed their tag and how you have done it. I do want to stay with ATMB as I've found it very convenient and reasonable for costs.

If you report it as defective they will send you a new one: “You can also send your defective badge with an explanatory letter: 382 Rue de l'Enclos, 74380, Nangy” This is what they advised me to do, with a six year old badge. Interesting, and reassuring, to hear they last ten years. Return service was quick as I recall, a few days.

Thanks for your replies.
The only options on the website that I can see are to report it lost, stolen or defective. Is this correct or did you find a different way of ordering a new one?

I would have thought that clicking any one of those three options might well produce a postman at your door with a new tag. You choose.
I have just logged in to my account at ATMB and the very first page has a link for "Badge Defectueux".I guess if you follow that they will send you a replacement.

Yep.
I replaced mine 2 years ago (if I recall?). As others, I did it purely because I was concerned about the battery life, not because of any specific reason.
(My original sign-up and first tag was 2014 or 15?)
Did it all through the logged-in account, not on the website per sé.
Pretty certain it was postage cost only. The replacement tag itself was FOC.
The whole process was simple and painless.
Email confirmation within about 24 hours, and tag arrived in the post within a week.
'If you choose to replace your badge, it will be sent to your home. The commissioning costs of 11 euro and 4 euro for sending the badge will be invoiced to you on the next invoice (rate in effect on 10/06/2022).'
If defective:
'Go to the Customer Relations Center at the Nangy toll
382 Rue de l'Enclos, 74380, Nangy
, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
One of our advisers will check and replace your badge.
You can also send your defective badge accompanied by an explanatory letter: 382 Rue de l'Enclos, 74380, Nangy
A new electronic toll badge will be sent to you as soon as possible.
In case of sending to your home, the costs of sending the badge are offered to you.'
Ours is a similar age, but we haven't had a new one yet. There's usually a moment when we hold our breath going through the first barrier though! In theory, since it is used only one a year on average, the battery life should be pretty good.

Thanks for your replies. Think I’ll go down the lost tag route- it’s a bit far to go to Nangy to check if it’s still ok!
It would have been helpful if they had an email address but I can’t find one anywhere.
As well is two words!
