Hi peeps. I’ve just discovered that I am brave enough to drive abroad! Woop woop!
What would be the cheapest way to get to NL towing my FC? I’m in the midlands.
I’d like to go 5/8- 18/8.
Any suggestions?
Thanks 😊

Bear in mind that it is the high season in August, therefore, you would be lucky to find a cheap deal IMHO.
Just checked Eurotunnel, for a car + trailer less than 4.5m etc., we are looking at nearly 800 GBP return, and that's not at peak times!!!
Hopefully, the seasoned travellers who use the sea routes would be able to suggest some cheaper alternatives.

Thanks DK! The one advantage is the sites seem to be cheaper.
I’ll see what other suggestions we get 😎
I have been camping abroad before, but the ex always drove.

Harwich to Hook of Holland daytime crossing is probably cheapest. Departs Harwich 9am so you need to check in by 8am. You can arrive & park at checkin area overnight. Arrives 17.15 local time. Return ferry leaves Hook 14.15 & arrives Harwich 19.45.
There is a campsite at Hook of Holland 5mins from ferry. Book online on Stenaline website.
