Had a message from my son today, informing me that he and my 2 granddaughters were coming to the Dordogne with us. It wasn't a surprise as we had invited them, but due to problems between him and her, it was up in the air. He has booked flights home so it was just the out trip. Phoned Brittany Ferries and they couldn't have been more accommodating. It was all sorted within 5 minutes. Just the sites we have booked to be informed now. Roll on August.

WE have a fairly large motor, so having 3 adults 2 children is OK though not ideal. We are lucky in our daughter is coming as well with her outfit and there is only 3 of them in a Kia Sorrento so plenty of room for one to travel with them. Once there, son sleeps in inner tent in awning, so again no problem. We had them with us last year, but we took 1 granddaughter and he flew down with the other later and all flew home. This time down with us, flying home.
