We are booked for a couple of night at Nantes Camping on our way to our 'Tour de Brittany' but having seen the forecast temperatures for 29/30 June I'm now having a wobble due to my husband's health issues - wondering if we'd be better to head from our stop off at Le Flèche to Guerande, Penestin or that sort of area to be closer to the coast and somewhere a bit cooler. Are we likely to get into campsites in that area at short notice and for just a two night stay? Any recommendations ? We're in motorhome and as he uses an electric wheelchair it's nice to be within easy reach of a village or harbour. A bit gutted as we love Nantes but we've been there in the heat and know what it's like !
