There is possibly a naturist campsite on Isle de l'Oleron in the Saint Georges area, but I'm not certain.
The area around la Tremblade is quite naturist, there are several campsites there, Camping Le Petit Dauphin at La Palmyre claims to to small friendly and not far from the beach.
I would have liked to have explored this area.
South of the Gironde are 2 massive naturists villages, Camping Naturiste CHM Montalivet and Euronat.
Should you venture further South you'll find the smaller La Jenny.
I think La Tremblade area is your best bet but make sure everyone can swim well before going into the sea.
------------- Enjoy the liveliness of the syntax.
