Hello, we have a touring caravan currently on a seasonal pitch in the uk this year. However we are thinking if it is possible to take the van onto a pitch in France perhaps Brittany for a season to leave and then drive over both us and family use? Our family enjoy the van but none have a towing vehicle so seasonal is the best way for us at the moment.
Thanks

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Or alternatively find a site that does caravan storage, a lot of them will tow it to a pitch before you arrive and put it back in storage for you when you leave, probably be cheaper as well

Problem. If none of you have a towing vehicle how do you plan to get the caravan to Brittany?
Good so far. Your next problem is to decide whether you want to insure the caravan while it is stored in France. Towergate insurance might do that- but only if they approve the storage. Other insurance is hard to find, and as a result some owners decide not to insure their caravan.
