I had an email from them before I went on holiday, offering a £20 voucher to spend in the Duty Free, no minimum spend. So we dashed in, and bought a favourite perfume which had already been reduced by 30% to £24, so less £20 is what I paid for it.
If in doubt, tap Forward & check the “from” email address, as that shows the real sender. At least that way you know if it was legitimate or not. (I got a BT email last week, but it was from joebloggs at yahoolike etc)

I received the same email. If you read the small print it says something on the lines of ‘20% saving compared to booking within seven days of departure’. Waste of time. I love the Eurotunnel but the prices are getting ridiculous.
