I know I've paid this years subscription but I'm not sure I'm using the correct card, mine has got 2023 on it - is that correct? When I've tried using the code on it for the app it's not working.
We're off to the Basque country in a couple of weeks and this will be the first time we've used it in the 3 years we've had one

The discount card has 2024 on it, it was inside one of the books which you should have received last Christmas.

Ah well I've lost it. I've got a 2022 and 2023 card which have never been used :(

You can get an electronic version, that sits in your mobile app: all paid for online, so immediate, no waiting for book to arrive.

Great, I'll try that. Thanks.
