Arrive in France next week and I will be looking to get a one off prepaid Data SIM card for my router.
When we get to Spain I know we can buy one from any of the little gift shops
Any info about buying one in a French Supermarket

I needed to do this in France in 2019 due to a misunderstanding re roaming with my then cellular provider.

Almost all supermarkets sell top up cards but you will need to visit a French Mobile Phone shop to buy the actual PAYG sim card. Once you have it you apply the top up voucher and you are good to go.

Hope that helps - oh and it may have changed since the 'B' thing.

Depends how much data you use. The Tesco rocket pack SIM, currently £15 for 25GB can be used across most of Europe in the same way as in the UK with their home from home. However, they seem to sometimes not work in routers for no readily apparent reason. They do work quite well in an old phone set to tether which is what we used this summer. It was limited to 25GB though. Hope you find something suitable.
